You can delete your Map Instinct account and the data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete it in the app
- Open Map Instinct on your phone.
- Open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Read the summary and tap Delete permanently.
If you are in a duel, finish or leave it first. When deletion is complete, the app starts again with a new guest profile.
Can't open the app?
Write to info@stoneity.com with the subject “Delete account”. Tell us your username and, if you linked Apple or Google, the email address of that account, so that we can find your profile and confirm that it is yours. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- your profile, username and settings
- your statistics, level, XP, medals, game history and Daily Challenge results
- your scores on every leaderboard
- your duel rating and duel profile
- your friends and friend requests, your blocks, and reports made by you or about you
- the link to your Apple or Google account; for Apple, we also revoke the app's access
- sign-in sessions and notification tokens
- usage events and crash reports
What remains
- Finished duels remain in your opponents' match history, with an identifier that no longer leads to your name or profile.
- Daily usage totals that do not identify anyone.
- Information we must keep to meet a legal obligation, and only for as long as the law requires.
